Are you struggling?

Recently, I watched a video that reminded me that it’s okay to fail.  I know, we’ve heard it from so many great leaders, inventors, and teachers.   Still many of us fight failure.  We struggle with the idea that it’s something bigger than it really is.

The message in this video is simple and powerful.  It’s a wonderful reminder that failure doesn’t define who we are. Instead, failure needs to be seen for what it really is, an indicator to change course.

If things aren’t going as planned, relax.  Remember failure is here to point us in the right direction.  Adjust your course.  Choose again.
